Allergy Week was looking for new ways to communicate its existence and in accordance with the spirit of the times it was natural to move campaigning onto the internet.
In 2016, Niko Saarinen served as the face for Allergy Week. The reality TV star played himself in a reality show parody that appeared exclusively online. The humor proved effective in reaching the public, and the serious message did not get drowned out by the laughter either.
